1. The 7-day money-back guarantee
Every Life Blueprint purchase on AstroCalling is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you feel the report does not match what was promised, or you're simply not happy with it for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
You do not need to provide a reason. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
2. Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if all of the following are true:
- You purchased the Life Blueprint directly on tryastrocalling.com.
- You request the refund within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase.
- The request comes from the email address used for the purchase (for verification).
3. How to request a refund
Email us at refunds@tryastrocalling.com from the email address you used to make the purchase.
In the subject line, write "Refund request — [your order reference or Razorpay transaction ID]".
We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day and initiate the refund to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund method and timing
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method — we cannot redirect to a different card or account.
- UPI / Cards / Net-banking: typically 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Wallets (Paytm / PhonePe / Google Pay): typically 2–3 business days.
- International cards: may take up to 10 business days for cross-border reversal.
5. What's not eligible
- Refund requests made more than 7 days after the original purchase date.
- Requests from email addresses that do not match the purchase record (we cannot verify identity).
- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests, including repeated purchase-and-refund patterns on the same account.
- Chargebacks filed with your bank before contacting us — we ask you give us a chance to resolve first.
6. Partial refunds
Because the Life Blueprint is a one-time, single-product digital purchase, we do not issue partial refunds. Every refund is a full refund of the ₹199 paid.
7. Will I lose access to the PDF after a refund?
We do not remotely revoke access to a PDF that has already been downloaded. Once a refund is issued, however, the private download link on our servers will be deactivated, and you agree to delete any downloaded copies of the Life Blueprint.
8. Disputes and chargebacks
If you believe there has been an error with your payment or you are unhappy with the Service, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We respond to all refund emails within 1 business day and will resolve legitimate issues quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks cost both sides time and bank fees.
