These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tryastrocalling.com and the Life Blueprint service (collectively, the "Service") operated by AstroCalling ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing the Service or purchasing a Life Blueprint you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Plain-English summary: you pay ₹199 once, we generate a 20-chapter PDF astrology report using the birth details you provide, you download it and keep it forever. We're not liable for decisions you make based on it — it's for personal insight, not professional advice.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use AstroCalling. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
2. The Service
AstroCalling provides a one-time, paid personalised astrology and numerology report (the "Life Blueprint") delivered as a downloadable PDF. The Life Blueprint contains 20 chapters and 3 appendices generated from the birth details you submit. The report is a digital product.
3. Price and payment
- The Life Blueprint is a one-time payment of ₹199 (Indian Rupees), inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Promotional prices displayed on the landing page ("₹6,584") represent the stacked value of the individual sections and are for illustrative comparison only.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
- Accepted methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and net banking.
- You will receive a tax invoice by email immediately after payment.
4. Delivery
On successful payment, your Life Blueprint is generated and made available for download within a few minutes. A secure private link to the PDF is also sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive your report within 30 minutes, contact support@tryastrocalling.com.
5. Your responsibilities
- You must provide accurate birth details (name, date of birth, place of birth, and optionally time of birth). The quality of your report depends on the accuracy of the data you submit.
- You are responsible for the security of the email account you use to receive your report.
- You may not share, resell, or redistribute the Life Blueprint beyond your personal use. It is licensed to you, not transferred.

7. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including the Life Blueprint template, prose, graphics, logos, and the AstroCalling brand — is owned by AstroCalling and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your personalised Life Blueprint for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may print it, save it, and share it with a personal coach, therapist or partner. You may not re-sell it, publish it on a public platform, or use it to train a derivative product.
8. Disclaimer
AstroCalling provides astrological and numerological content for personal insight and entertainment. It is not a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You should not make medical, legal, or financial decisions based solely on the Life Blueprint. If you are facing a serious decision, consult a qualified professional.
We make no guarantee that predictions, windows, or patterns described in the Life Blueprint will materialise in your life. Astrology and numerology are interpretive frameworks, not deterministic sciences.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroCalling and its directors, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or the Life Blueprint.
Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Life Blueprint (typically ₹199).
10. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any unlawful, deceptive, or malicious way.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
- Submit false or stolen payment information.
- Impersonate another person when submitting birth details.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without express written consent.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. Termination does not entitle you to a refund beyond the protections in our Refund Policy.
12. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service, its content, and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the site at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
